  Samantha could not have been more efficient and accommodating when trying to re-finance our home. We had unusual circumstances and she was more than competent to answer all of our questions and get us locked into a fabulous rate. When the final HUD came in and it was not as expected. One phone call to Samantha is all it took. She did not hesitate to find the discrepancy. I made a few calls and forwarded some documents to her and she was able to keep the closing moving! I could not be more pleased with Stifel or Samantha.

  Samantha was so kind and accommodating. She answered all my questions quickly and never made me feel that I was a bother. She was very professional every step of the way. Each of the other individuals that I came in contact with during the process were equally kind, helpful and professional. It was a GREAT experience! Highly Recommend!!!!

  Samantha was amazing to work with from start to finish very responsive even when she was out the office by far my best home buying experience yet and I’ve worked with many lenders in the past, and she even saved me so much on closing cost that I didn’t even expect!! I recommend Sam to anyone and Stifel also but amazing job amazing attitude I will be doing more business with Sam more years to come!!!

  Samantha is awesome! Very positive person and upfront! Communication is everything and she did not hesitate to answer any of my question and made sure we had everything we needed to close the deal With know hiccups. Highly recommended!
