  If I could give this Amscot a negative 5 starts I would. Most people come here to cash checks or to get a cash advance. I came once before and got turned around for not having the correct information okay cool got it. Today was I came in again. And was completely and utterly frustrated with Carol the manager. She was giving me the hardest time it got to a point where I did not want to speak with her. Meanwhile I'm going back and forth in the heat of the day to get the "correct information " when I get back Jorge tells me that the manager Carol needs to review the information which takes her 30mins. I said all this to say Carol you need to be skilled a lot more on explaining to a customer what information to need in order to do your job and you need more than one way to say what you need to say. And some a bit more empathy cause you had me going back and forth just because you really didnt what to deal with me as a customer. You just need to get ot together this will be my last time coming to this location. It amazes me how I can get better customer service at the amscot in Cutler bay. High dissatisfied

  Get money orders every month for rent same location even the same person helped me before. Suddenly they ask for my ID and want me to fill out a form requesting social security number, address etc. Its not like im cashing a check or taking out a loan. I'm giving you cash. Think its strange to suddenly ask for this information when they have not needed it past few months.

  False advertising alert! Amscot will not provide service to western union users if you don't fill up a form with sensitive financial and personal information. Just go to another company or office if you are receiving or sending money.

  Male young employee does not let the customer speak and Rebecca at the front desk her English is so bad you can't understand her . My father Inlaw needed to extend his cash advance ,was so disappointed desided to call another branch .

  worst costumer service ever in front of me was an old men which they didnt help the employee by the name Rebecca was not polite and giving me a lot trouble to cash it which I couldnt cash and if you have an issue don5 call costumer service because the supervisroe by phone like ana . star asking for your social to look up your acoount ???? what is this

  Worst customer service ever. She couldn't even tell me why they were charging me so much to cash a check. Especially when I am in the system. Never coming here again. They just lost a customer.

  The service is great, employees are super nice, kind and very professional. I wish they would open at least till midnight, but is ok, I am very pleased.

  Couldn't cash a check although I had plenty of money in my account. Not useful and took forever just to get denied. I do not recommend.

  A quick in and out very nice looking location. Next to a Taco bell /KFC amd othet places of interest.
