  Steve is completely unprofessional. Does not know the concept of working at a customer service business. Both employees kept speaking among each and have completely ignored me at the window.

  Horrible customer service. I was helped by a lady named YOLI and she had the worst attitude for no reason. I always change my checks here and never had a problem. This lady made my life impossible for no apparent reason. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody.

  I went at their parking lot at 6:15 because I needed to notarized some documents, when the employee arrived at the parking lot. He struggled a thousand times to park and finally he rolls his window and tells me to please leave the premises for security reasons and to return at 7:00 am. He felt threaten by a woman with a minor child, yet he did not tell anything to the guy wearing a tank top sitting in another vehicle. Pathetic! He can't even determine what a threat is. I decided to wait and went ahead to a nearby UPS office and got the job done.

  Terrible experience associate is talking bad trying to talk smart and have a huge attitude terrible customer service don’t recommend don’t get (yoli) she gets in your business and is very rude DONT RECOMMEND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Always trying to get into people business when that’s NOT her job !! Terrible service!!

  I head over on Tuesday 2/5/2019 to get a money order for 2,300 and the lady that attend me was a none speaking broken down English long story short I gave the clerk the full amount for 2,300 as I said and the lady didn't even know how to count and said to me that I had 2,200 instead I left it like that didn't feld like arguing with none sense unprofessional clerk's and the manager should train their employees there's no turning back now to get my money back never again this will happen to me 😠😡 it sucks y'all!!!!!!!!!

  Worst costumer service ever, manager name Reiner his very unprofessional, rude and miserable, very bad influence for this business, also the Cuban girl she worked on Sunday 09/24 no English speaking no name tag she feel she work on her dad business??!!!!
