  Rebecca is very unfriendly and short mannered. I do not appreciate being treated like an inconvenience. Have never dealt with her before and I truly hope I don’t ever have to again

  Good morning today at 11:09 on December 15 I came to ask for the status of my account and in 6 years that I have with this company that has always been 5 stars, today was a terrible service. With a person who does not like to serve the public. Completely hateful despite being Hispanic. I preferred to ask for my identification and leave …… People like you are spilling the work of thousands of people !!!!!
