  Great people had a really big big big check to cash they could only cash a little bit but the made the rest into money orders and worked with me to come back every day to finish cashing it with no problems

  Not horrible. Not bad if you don’t mind interacting with overly blunt people. The employees that work in here seem to not like their work. Personally, if I see some one being “blunt” in a first interaction; to me, that individual is indeed “rude.” Talk to everyone as if your job is riding on that conversation.

  The most nasty sorry lazy place I ever seen two people take on 12 people while they stand in the back and say smart stuff when someone ask why they take so long so sorry and unprofessional people I ever seen

  I’ve been dealing with them for 13yrs for money order’s, I’ve never had a problem, As for multi tasking , I personally think they do an excellent job. Thank You Amscot Employee’s For Excellent Service

  It took over 15 mins to pay my TECO bill. I would have understood if there had been a lot of people. But there was hardly anyone there. David helped 2 people that came in after me & left me waiting. He seemed to get an attitude because I didn't know I couldn't pay the $1.25 fee with my debit card.

  I came on Saturday to get something I needed and I couldn’t because the workers were too busy and too lazy to process my paperwork . I waited hours, they kept jumping to one customer to another without finishing with them first and at the end I got denied due to “unverifiable source of income” which was a lie because I had 4 of my paystubs for the last 3 months and my most recent one ! And they still said they needed my recent one when she didn’t even take that one to do copies she just took the 3 first stubs . I went to another Amscot and I got what I needed ! There, they were really well trained and know how to do their job. It didn’t take me no longer than 30 mins. I will never go to the one in plant city ever again.

  Very unprofessional, I was waiting to pay my Teco bill, there was the manager and two employees. The manager was not helping at all, very rude, one of the male employees was attending the ones that the manager was indicating to help, skipping me. I wait for about 30mins. Will not go they anymore. All the manager at this store should be trained in customer service.

  They “attend” you only to go help someone else right after trying to helping you. Honestly the work flow would be amazing but cant start and finish one task first

  Slowest service EVER! the young girls run around like their clueless. Every single time...im always here 20 mins waiting on someone to help me..and ya they take forever once they do help....

  Worst managed Amscot I've ever been too, had to walk out even though it wasn't that busy. Went to the one in Lakeland that was busier and was in and out in ten minutes
