  this place made me wait 20 plus minutes to then tell me because a coworker cashed a check from the same lady a few days ago, now I can't cash one! They have to wait till the other one clears. I was a bank teller for years never have i heard such a reason . I think they make up rules. Oh well they lost out on $100 they would have made. I just have to wait till Monday to go to my bank. I don't know but I know they were not helpful. I watched them call 5 other customers up and complete their transactions before teling me they could not do mine.

  Employees at branch location are very rude when you call customer service they hang up before they even answer the phone been waiting on missing money order refund for 5 months now the process that they say take up to 40 days

  Micheal and his staff were friendly and helpful, they got what we needed done and didn’t fight us. Definitely prefer this location to the lake wales

  Online it says cashing a personal check will cost $3.00 but when I cashed a check unbeknownst to me I t was 10%. I could’ve saved money going to the issuing bank of the check itself. Mascot please update your online info, and stop taking unnecessary money from people trying to use your services.

  Very unreliable company. Charges extremely high interest rates. Caters to the dishonest people and turns down the honest. Had I not been honest and updated my information with them I would have been helped. Instead I was turned away for not having a paper check. News flash amscott this is the digital age and not many people still use checks. My money is more valid than the con artists you guys freely hand money to everyday. Its nice to know I can't get a little assistance in a very difficult period of my life. I will never recommend your company to anyone I personally care for.

  Convienient to my area, good customer service as well as an array of options and services. Also free Tootsie Rolls!!! A Western Union is located here, you can pay bills, get free Amscot money orders, load cash to debit cards, cash checks and money orders.Never a long wait, if any and speedy and accurate service.
