  Went in for a money order, they asked what it was for. Something that wasn’t asked before and when we told them it wasn’t their business they refused service. They were rude and unprofessional. Would give 0 stars if I could

  I sent my boyfriend in to get me two money orders because I Could not walk due to back problems they would not sell him the money orders stating that he had had a check that had come back that was from a previous employer that he cashed so I had to get out and walk in in a great deal of pain to get my money orders when I got in there they wouldn’t sell them to me. I pleaded with them because I was having such a bad time and being in so much pain with my back they refused to sell them to me I explain to them that I sent him in to get them for me but they still would not do it.

  I stopped in today ro get a money order. The young lady at the window greeted me with a very cheerful hello and a smile. She offered further assistance, which I did not need at this time. She was a shining example of great customer service.

  their customer service is good, they give you tootsie rolls as soon as you come to a window but there is no numbering system, so if you go there on a Friday that's the first of the month, people will be jumping in front of you and the associates don't have a clue on who was there first so they just serve whoever is in front of them. they need more organisation

  I've been coming here since May 5th. Everytime I've come here the service had been absolutely oustanding. I've only had to wait twice. One reason was they were busy and the other being I came in at 10:30. Since I've finally got a new bank account I will no longer be coning here to cash my checks. However I strongly recommend this business. Wonderful employees!

  I have been going to the branch for over a year and everyone has always been so very nice and very professional until today I called because I wasn't going to have the money for my loan for the next day all I need was till my next pay day because I have been on a L.O.A from work and wasn't going to have the 112.00 and the nasty, unprofessional, woman named Wanda was so very very nasty and tells me that it will only go to the 5th of march well sorry not going to have the money then I will have on the 8th I have never had a problem with this before the one time that I didn't have money they were kind and very professional and changed the date but Wanda was nothing but nasty and unprofessional as can be about it. I could of just let the check bound and so freak it. But I didn't. So after I pay the 112.00 dollars I will never go back to this branch again for nothing at all. Because of this stupid Wanda. And Corp was notified about Wanda. I hope no one else has to deal with her unprofessional and nasty butt.
