  Jose, associate at store 9260 Coral Way, Miami, FL 33165, is a complete and utter disgrace as an employee. Since there is no order to this store anyway, every customer was being attended, and I stood at a distance to wait for my turn. A lady named Elia kindly asked me to wait in line to the right. No problem. I went and waited. Another three gentlemen came in, and just stood near windows. The following associate, making the defining point of this experience... he went straight for the following gentleman that had walked in. Proceeded to begin helping, and since the 3 seemed at a loss as to who was next, I said I was... he then raised his voice, telling me to calm down and that where was I standing? He is rude, condescending, and honestly, for trying to help he yelled at me in front of all the other customers?? I am a Manager, and would never allow such treatment to a customer. I was calmly waiting, and was assisting in orienting. Literally getting yelled at because of helping you? Unbelievable. Please replay the cameras on this day. Perhaps you can make sense of what Jose was thinking. Don’t recommend this store. I have been to amscots before with my husband, and I know that they are very nice always. What a bad experience thinking all stores were the same. Definitely needs more customer service training.

  Glenda was very helpful and very kind, she made everything look so easy and fun I will come back as long as she there very very good customer service super happy all her help thank you Glenda

  I was asking for help in regards to a child support payment and the lady that was at the window at 6 15 pm on 03/19/2021 showed poor custumer service skills...and any knowledge.

  I went to amscott on 40 st and bird road just like 15 ago...I never had such an inrespectfull treatment and such a ridicules assistance in there ... I usually go there my friends and my fam as well ...i had different personal treat me and assist other customers with respect and patience and allways trying to do there best to help ..but today was not good and very bad horrible service.. a guy name Javier and a lady that is called Angella she said she is the manager of the store they were very rude and honestly very inrespecfull ...they didnt try to help to solve my needs at all ..now i feel like not trusting amscot with my fam and friends ...

  The employees at this amscot are very rude and unhelpful...they give bad attitudes and treat customers with no respect...i am going to follow up with a complaint to corporate

  Terrible service make you wait forever to tell you they can’t do anything. The messed up part is that they told me to come back the next day the day before.

  I like the idea they gave free money orders up to one thousand dollars and have lots of products to choose from.
