  Your staff was VERY rude to me today. it has been getting progressively worse with that disrespect and disorganization in this location. They do not care to see who arrived first at which window but only select the customer who they are nearest to, not who has been waiting. A bald headed gentleman who works there only got angrier at me after I had pointed this out to them and did not even finish my transaction but made another clerk finish it for him, even though I was not rude to him. Very disappointed with this since I've had similiar attitude problems with the staff at the foxhollow location just up the road. I would like to know whqt is happening with these stores lately.

  Horrible customer service ! I don’t remember the woman’s name but she is described on here from previous reviewers. I Honestly can’t believe something hasn’t been done , she treats customers horribly . I will NEVER return to this amscot, if I need to go to one I always go to the one off 19 . They are always pleasant there , never had a bad experience. Stay away from this one !

  The two girls working tonight were EXTREMELY rude to not only me but the customers before and next to me as well! Also, very slow!

  Today I came here to get a cash advance and the oversized white lday was extremely rude to me after coming to my window she said and I quote "what do you need". As she was getting her paper work together for me to sign she asked if I had any check with me I said no she asked was was my bank I said chase she then said well I can do it for you this teacher but I won't next time chase does provide you with check. I have come her before and she has told me this 2 other times and I'm still not going to listen to her I'm sorry that it would make your job so much harder to print off a paper check from the computer like you do multiple to a day if I had money to get check I wouldn't be here get a cash advance. I won't be back.

  been coming here for a couple years, the only good workers are ignacio and christian, i get constant attidudes and my change literally flung at me here for the other employees, actually stopped coming here one day when a female employee denied me service and ignored me.

  Absolutely the slowest service ever. I will never come to this location ever again, I waited an hour and a half for my cash advance.

  We go in this amcot almost every month to get money orders they are rude and don't like it when you ask questions. We do go to other amcots which are good but are not as convenient all the time .

  I've been using this location for years and have had no complaints about service and everyone is always super nice !!

  Worst and slowest service ever!!! Both employees were very slow, not knowledgeable about anything and were giving customers the wrong amounts of money and, the wrong paperwork!! So dumb it's comical!!
