  BEWARE!! If I could give zero stars I would. This company is absolutely awful they give you the run around and don't return your calls. They draw out the loan process so it's impossible to close on time if at all. Many people have missed out on homes do to this companies inactivness. We contacted them about the documents required and where to get them was told they would call us that day instead we got an email denying our loan because of missing documents mind you we just got them 3 days ago. It took 4 weeks to get an appraisal and we went round and round with our loan officer just to keep being told it was ordered. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

  Had an excellent refi experience with Amerisave. Our loan consultant, Heather Baer, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The personal webpage they set up helps keep you up-to-date on the loan's process and makes it easy to upload documents needed for the refi. In the end, we got a great rate with minimal fees (consistent with initial representations), and completed within the 45-day period promised (loan initiation to closing). Very happy with Heather and her team at Amerisave.

  This is to share my opinion re the service of my refinance through Amerisav. I was really impressed of how Curtis Ferguson handled every aspects of the process. He was very certius, professional and indeed up to the task. I would highly recommend him for friends, acquaintances.

  I refinanced my home recently with Amerisave Mortgage. I was helped by Mr. Richard Schneider from start to closing. I received outstanding service and communication to get my low rate loan approved. Highly recommend.

  A good decision to go with AmeriSave. The process was not easy. Lots of paperwork. I don't know what l would have done with out Chris Nichols. It was a VA refinance. I am a 70 yr old women with no vast amount of knowledge with computers. Chris was there for every question. He is a genius at problem solving. He made it as easy as could be. Thank you AmeriSave

  Great experience! Process went very smooth and easy. Mr. Lewis was very helpful and patient. Answered any questions or concerns I had and would not hesitate to explain any of the process to me. Would recommend this company to anyone refinancing their mortgage.

  Don't set up an escrow account with them. They didn't pay my winter taxes, so I had to since I was trying to get a loan for home improvements. I've been trying to get reimbursed since March. My homowners insurance was due yesterday. They still haven't received the payment. This company is incompetent.

  0 stars if I could. Horrible company. Preapproval for 252k yet couldn’t finalize an approval for 207k. Denied loan a week before closing - ghosted us for a few days. Couldnt get ahold of a previous employer to verify income so they just denied us instead of trying for more than like a day to contact the company to verify employment. Garbage garbage company. Please beware. With the current market you can’t afford to be jerked around with your mortgage company.

  Terrible experience!!!! 4 months of nothing 2 appraisals were done trying to do a FHA refinance, took two months to get a processor, turned in documents over and over, 500.00 wasted. Almost to closing I think because I signed 4 disclosures, ran my credit, credit score dropped the loan officer sent a really rude email saying there was nothing that they could do for us. After 4 months of bullXXXX!!!! I would never recommend this company very poor customer service had to send them emails constantly to see what was going on!!! It would be nice to get my 500.00 back but that would never happen....
