  I had a great experience working with Mrs. Denney on getting my loan approved and the closing with the attorney went very smoothly. I have been doing business with Ameris for many years now and the staff is always courteous and friendly with whatever you need. This is the reason I chose Ameris to assist me with my loan because I knew I would have good people helping me if I had any questions or concerns.

  My experience from start to finish was great. I worked with Eric Gilam and Brittany Payne and these two were like the dream team. Eric did well getting me started and Brittany took off and guided me to the finish line. Her communication was impeccable. Her response time was second to none and the kindness and courtesy kept me at ease. Ameris Bank is one of a kind and they take care of you. I have purchased three homes with different lenders before and although I finished, it was not as great of an experience as when I used Ameris Bank. If you want a great experience from start to finish, Ameris Bank is the way to go.

  Steven Smith at Ameris Bank was an awesome lender! He truly went above and beyond to help us secure our loan and was an advocate for us during the whole process. We couldn’t have asked for better customer service! The process was smooth and we are so glad we trusted Steven to help us and guide us through the whole experience.   The experience with Henry, the mortgage banker, was horrible. He was unprofessional and never reached out throughout the process. I never received calls or emails until the last week of closing. Everyone else helping me throughout the process was great. The ladies were helpful and kept me up to date with the information needed.
