  Pleasant people, especially Terre. No long obnoxious automated menu to reach a human. Good policies, much better than Regions bank we left. This is the way banking should be.

  I stopped in my local branch and Dawn couldn't even open a simple checking account. I mentioned my current bank, Synovus, was able to attach my nickname, Rocky, to my account. With zero thought or effort Dawn said she couldn't and that was that. No solution offered, no "Let's get you an account without your nickname on it and we can see later", nothing. I don't need a local account but I just wanted to support my community. Dawn apparently feels that isn't worth her time. I'll be keeping my Synovus account. They put effort into their customers. "... been in banking 20 years." Doesn't mean you're good at it, Dawn.

  Come ON. States your Drive Thru is Open SATURDAYS TIL 12. DROVE ALL THE WAY THERE. 11 AM NOT OPEN TAPED OFF. NG. Excellent service. Excellent friendly Staff. So pleasant. Might consider offering an ATM card for Savings Accounts too. And a higher Savings account interest rate would attract more savers.

  I have been with this bank since moving to North Fl in 2003..when they were Prosperity. I bank at one on 19. And have always been treated with the utmost respect.. Terry bank manager is the best..Amy/Amanda are excellent . One is no longer there. Actually the entire staff has been awesome. I totally recommend them to everyone whether you have personal or business accounts..

  I banked with Prosperity, then Ameris, when they took over. Total over 12 years. This is what small town banking is all about. The people at both Palatka branches have always been beyond helpful. I have a problem, send an email and get a response that day. Could not be better

  Attempted to get change for 2 one hundred dollar bills and was DENIED service because I did not have an account with them. COME ON THIS IS AMERICA!! I have filed a complaint with the Florida Banking Commission.
