Despite living several states and hundreds of miles away from the home we purchased, Amerifirst worked extremely well with our agent to being our remote purchase to fruition.

  After months of working with Quicken loans I was suddenly turned down for my loan. Amerifirst was recommended to me and they approved me within two weeks. I was so happy. Also it was great to work locally instead of all the scanning and emails required by Quicken. Out local representative Terri Sorenson was the best. She was fast, efficient, and sweet. She was professional and truthful. I will refinance one day with Amerifirst.

  Brian Hervey and kourtney olter and the team at amerifirst are amazing! Would recommend to everyone! I had an issue with a lender I picked and 2 months into buying a house had to switch to amerifirst...best descion I made...look no further this company is the one for you.

  Brian Hervey and Marlene Curtis were amazing. Very friendly and super helpful. I started looking for a home Feb 18 2019 and closed on my home April 8 2019. This got done quickly and without a hassle. Home buying is a stressful process but they helped me keep a calm head. I can't thank them enough.

  This is our second house purchase with Amerifirst. Both experiences have been easy. It was slightly different doing this second round during a pandemic, but Amerifirst has been patient and easy to work with despite the changes. Terri is great.

  Brian Hervey did a wonderful job. We had a previous lender who actually made the seller not want to deal with us anymore but as soon as we switched to Brian he got the seller on our side and actually still got us to closing on time!!!!!
