  Juanita and Kelsey were a great team to work with. Quick to respond, friendly, and happy to help answer all my first-time home buyer questions. Juanita connected me with a great real estate agent and they worked lightning fast to secure my pre-approval so I could quickly make an offer. Then Kelsey worked with me the rest of the way, making sure Amerifirst had everything they needed from me and I had guidance from them. I got a great rate and an attractive loan. She was always very punctual and professional, but more importantly to me, she was kind and supportive. Her knowledge in this industry is vast & was so very resourceful.   Quality agent who was knowledgeable and kept us informed each step of the process. We could tell the agent had our best interests at heart and still does by answering the myriad of questions we posed and are still posing today. We had a tree limb go through our roof during the process and had to deal with an insurance claim. The company followed each move, called to assure that everything was moving along as expected, and closed the file once everything had been completed to our satisfaction. I just can't say enough about our agent, Juanita Biles. This is the second mortgage closing she has handled on this property and she is just toe very best in her attitude and service. The company will do well to use her work ethic as a model! Thanks again for the wonderful service and for our new mortgage at a lower interest rate!!!

  Tamara did an amazing job with the loan for our first house!!! Buying a home can can be stressful but not when you were working with the right lender.
