  This is my 2nd transaction with Bryon Mallernee and his team and they were outstanding once again! Susan and Sonia always responded within minutes to any emails or phone calls. They are professional and provide great customer service. My refi took less than 4 weeks from application to closing.   I did a home loan with Mike 2 years ago and a refinance a month ago. Seamless to perfection. They were quick and informative. Every email I sent, Mike responded with a phone call very quickly. Great customers service and great people. I won't ever go anywhere else!

  My fiancee and I just purchased our first house, and our realtor recommended Bryon Mallernee and the team at Amerifirst Battle Creek. After dealing with them, I can't recommend them enough. Bryon, Lisa, Sonya, and the rest of the team were great at walking us through the process, making it less daunting and stressful, and always being available to answer our questions.
