  Laura is an amazing associate, she took her time with me and was so polite. She made me feel like I was making a good discussion and she assisted me very well on the computer. She was there step by step and I appreciate that. I feel so bad that I came in between the time of her lunch, but she was okay with it and still happy to help❤️

  Laura was absolutely FANTASTIC!! This was the first time I have ever gotten a personal loan, and Laura made everything so easy. Laura went through everything with me in detail, and offered me water and even a better temperature in the lobby. I did not take advantage of it, but it was still extremely curtious for her. She definitely went above and beyond, and I will be recommending her to everyone.

  Laura is Awesome. Takes care of you in a Professional and Timely manner. Much more receptive than other companies like Check into Cash or Check n Go. She is great for Conversation and always there when you need her. Voicemails are returned promptly as well so there is no need to chase down an individual employee.

  Laura Sullivan the branch manager was so helpful kind & attractive 🤫 she helped me get a decent loan amount, more than I was expecting, walked me through all the necessary steps & helped me finalize my loan. This was by far the best customer service I’ve ever had. Thank u Laura!!

  If you need a fast loan, I recommend Laura in Arlington Heights. She's very friendly, always with a smile and always willing to help you. I always and only go to Laura in Arlington Heights. If you want great Customer Service she's the lady to go to, wish there were many people like her qualities for Customer Service!

  Never had an issue. Have gone here twice for a loan. Laura is always helpful and polite and gets the job done. I know loan places get a bad rap. But this one is an exception. Because sometimes you just need a loan. And Laura and Americash do a great job of just providing service without it feeling like you're being g cheated. Thank you.
