  Denise, the loan officer, provided a very pleasant experience with the purchase of my first home. She was available at all times; through the phone, text, email, you name it. Denise is very diligent and patient when explaining the process and possible options that have your best interest in mind. Denise did a great job and I would recommend her to anyone! 10 out of 10

  The best experience purchasing our first home. Denise, my loan originator was the most amazing person. I could text her at any time of the day, with any kind of question and she would always respond. We hit a couple hiccups and she literally did all she could to help. She’s the best!! Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be using her/America’s Mortgage lenders in the future.

  I want to thank America’s mortgage lenders for giving us the opportunity to do business with us. Kudos to Denise Marquez who is very knowledgeable in this area. Her work ethic is incredible. Her Communication skills are impeccable. Very good listener. Denise is very good on finding ways to make the homeownership process smooth. Earlier this year we had a bad experience with our last mortgage lender. However, Denise came in to the picture in as little as three months, she blew our expectations. With her wealth of knowledge and work ethic, we were finally prepared to close out on our 1st home without any doubts in less than 60 days. Game planning is key and I’m glad Denise is working with a great friend of mine name Reyes who is also closing in on a beautiful home.   The Loan Officer's expertise, knowledge and kind nature made my home buying experience easy and stress free. The process from start to finish was less than 45 days which was pretty quick!
