  I have been with the Credit Union for 30 + years. I opened my first account when I was 17 years old, because my Mom was a member. You guys have been with me and believed in me through good times and bad times. The Credit Union has always made me feel like a person not a bank number. Everyone wants to help and wants you to succeed! Thank you for everything!

  Never had any issue with anyone. Everyone's always helpful, professional and friendly. Latest encounter was to get a pre-approval for an auto loan. Mainly dealt with Nykky but everyone involved answered any questions I had along the way. Good job guys, Arif

  Haven’t had a problem. Can’t complain. My money hasn’t gone anywhere. Interactions have been pleasant and fruitful. All in all, for me, checked all my boxes = 5 stars.

  If you can bank elsewhere I highly recommend it. If you have multiple accounts such as an auto loan and a line of credit they constantly apply your payments to the wrong account. The customer service is awful! When calling to speak to a manager I was left on hold for over 10 minutes, hung up called back; got hung up on, called back again and was left on hold for a ridiculous amount of time once again. I stopped banking through them because of how awful the experience was.

  Juli was extremely responsive to my every phone call and email and was very courteous telling me about the pros and cons about my different options. Great to work with Juli and will do so in the future.

  Ben was extremely responsive to all our questions and concerns. I left another Credit Union I had been with for over 16 years to move to American Federal, and it was in large part because of working with Ben.

  Wrote a review about Ken, but it was taken down. He is at the VA branch and is not a nice person. Super disappointed in the way I was treated abs hope he will be disciplined.
