  The people working in the bank are very friendly. I have not experienced any long waiting times. The mobile app works good as well.

  The employees are all very nice and friendly but almost always understaffed. It does cause lines and increases wait times. That is the unfortunate part.

  To keep a very long story short, Horrible customer service and they do not value a loyal customer, elderly or not. I'll be closing my mom's accounts and switching banks for her immediately.
