  Greedy and will nickel and dime you, will do whatever it takes for them to get any kind of charge out of you, you can overdraft and put your money in right away but they will still take from you. Even during the pandemic.

  I do NOT think it was worth closing two ASB locations in Lihue just for this one new branch. But the tellers are fast and personable. The drive-thru atm and teller are great features...even if the driveway is really short and backs up easy. Ive had issues with this bank in the past and feel like they are making positive changes. 5 stars. But add some more atms on island!!
