  It's ridiculous, they let you go to drive through to find out only one lane and only one window is open. You spend 37 minutes here if not more. Great management.

  Finally closer to my location without driving into town and dealing with bad drivers and red lights (wish theyd build one pauwela side wink, wink). I like the drive thru bout time! My problems with the new place are: I don't care for the super high ceilings reminds of another bank that I hate with a similar set up. It feels unpersonal and not so welcoming unlike the last asb location low ceilings = friendlier Tellers. Now not so much. another thing I really dont like is why is there only 1 walk up atm machine and why is it so slow??! The old asb had 2 machines and they were fast! There was no waiting around. And when u select to see a "displayed" total either at the drive through or walk up machine its blank so u have to go back (moments later) redo everything and get a print out of your total. Hope they add another walk up machine in the near future and check into the one now why is it so damn slow.

  Went to deposit a check into my account and as I waited in line a bank employee came and showed me how to use the ATM to deposit my check instead of wait in line and I was in and out in a flash thanks to the bank worker

  Need more teller on Friday. There are 8 stations but only 3 tellers and one keep leaving her station so leaving only 2 tellers for a big branch

  they told me that my Chauffeur license wasnt a drivers license, if you want someone professional to handle your money i wouldnt come here.
