  If your looking for a great and friendly place for all your FFL Gun transfer, then go no further! I was getting tired of local gun shop up charging me on gun price, but when you order online and send a gun to there shop because you got a great online deal, the local gun shops are pissy and not happy. American Pawn welcomes the business of all you FFL transfers, plus they have a great selection of used firearms!

  They have a great variety of products, fair prices if you trying to buy something. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check it out if you need some sort of electronic device or work shop tool, amongs other things.

  If one ever needs to sell or pawn items in the Boca Raton area, please consider Mark and the staff at American Pawn. This was my first experience with a pawn shop, and I was very pleased with the service provided and the fairness in negotiating price. Mark even allowed me to look up items I was selling on Ebay from his computer to ensure a fair price for both parties. 5/5

  Look you're looking for a place to get a good price on whatever it is you're looking to sell or Pawn this is not the shop to do that at this is run by crafty Eastern Europeans who think they can nickel-and-dime you to make a buck. I mentioned that their Eastern European because they speak to each other behind your back assuming you can't understand what they're saying. I was offered an extremely low price for my item which has a definitive value and although I wasn't burned on this transaction because I walked out the way I was treated and the things I overheard give me no doubt that this place is not where you want to bring your items. They will screw you.

  I had a 1 star review up for a bit on here and I got an email from google people marked it as helpful. I am changing this review TO 5 STARS. I did have 1 bad experience where a worker here tired to sell me a broken t.v., Yes this was bad and I was upset over it but since then I actually have been back to this store a few times. The first time back was not by choice but since then I have had all good experience. Moral is everyone always tells about the 1 bad experience and forgets 5 good ones. Way to turn it around for me guys. Thanks

  This place has awful customer service. Super disrespectful. They pray on the weak that need money and low ball you. I had a 2014 MacBook in with them, i went to take it out and they said “only cash, to get property out” okay np. I explained well i’m On my lunch break and won’t be able to come back until next week with cash. Guy says sure np. So I come back and they so “oh sorry you are 4 days late and didn’t file a extension so it’s ours now” they purposely didn’t tell me I would be a few days over when i went in the first time to get my property so that they could take advantage of a customer and gain the item. Then one of the employee’s starts yelling at me in another language. Just sad places like this will do these kinds of things. I lost years of memories so they could make 100 bucks. I will be posting this on every platform. Facebook, Yelp, etc, to try and save someone the experience I had with these crooks.

  It always much easy to blame somebody else for your fault and post false statements (only one person who was screaming was Ryan Randazzo, never showed up in time, had no agreements with management, and was 10 days after his default )

  These guys are incredible. Been using them as an FFL since the day they opened and that says a lot. I’m a gun guy and the have an FFL licensee I can trust is huge. They always have a great selection of preowned also. Courteous, pleasant and trusted.

  I walked into this pawn shop this morning looking to sell a few pieces of fine china. I would highly recommend that if you have anything other than gold or silver (which is pretty hard to mess up the going price you just weigh it) take it someplace else I had an antique candy dish which retails for around 750 dollars but since they saw it on ebay for 200 that is what they went off of and they had an attitude when I tried to point them in the direction of the actual value. . I would not go back they have no knoweledge in the valuation of finer pieces.

  I called this morning to see if my stolen gun had been sold here and the Russian guy was very rude. Refused to take the information (type of gun and serial number) of my gun and told me to let the police take care of it. I tried to explain that my gun was still not up on the FDLE website as stolen so I needed to give him my information and he refused to take it bc he couldn't release information of the gun to me?? What? It's MY gun. I have called other stores in the area and have had no problem with giving them my info if it shows up at their store.This place is sketchy.

  These people are extremely difficult to deal with or should I say the guy with the strong accent. Just straight up rude like he’s in a bad mood Then he gets upset when you try to get help from somebody else there like it’s personal. Confrontational from the moment I walked in I don’t know who runs a business this way.
