  its a place that treat you how you dress..come in there with rags get treated like such had me waiting in line while they gossip. after i left well dress man came in and was out before . i started my car. products are decent just another ghetto pawn shop with same as workers. . judge this pawn shop how they keep their parking lot

I have spoken with everyone working this store today in regards to how we expect our customers to be treated. Rest assured that my husband and I care very much how our customers feel when in our stores. I have my personal cell phone number posted on the wall directly behind the counter so that our customers can reach us 24/7. I wish you had reached out to me about this as I would like to have the full details in order to appropriately address the matter and the individuals involved. It's difficult to correct behavior when I don't know who is responsible. But, I have addressed the staff as a whole.

  This is a great pawn shop! Make sure you are checking out the one on Florida Blvd because it is our favorite. We always, and I mean always, find good deals and just what we are looking for. Tricia is always so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She knows how to provide great customer service!

  I love coming here. These guys always give me the best price rather it’s for a gun or a pawn loan. Manny always show love and is a very genuine and nice guy.

  Good vibes all around. Even though they were slammed when I walked in somebody was eager to help me with a smile and got me exactly what I wanted. Manny and Tricia were amazing.

  I came here twice and everyone that works there was very friendly and helped me get a good price for watches I was selling. Marie was awesome as well.

  I used to shop around when buying or selling anything but now I go straight to American either Florida Blvd or plank Rd in baker. But Manny at the Florida helped me today and service was top notch as always
