  Customer service is extremely important to me. As a small business owner who provides service and as a consumer. MY team (I say this what much pride and gratefulness) Matt and Lacie have worked above and beyond to assist our family on this journey. Their communication has be clear, prompt, and respectful from Day 1. I can't say enough how great working with them has been. All in all, when making a major decision such as buying a home, you want to work with good hearted people. Thanks APM!

  American Pacific Mortgage is a great mortgage company to work with! They do an awesome job at making sure their customers stay informed and understand the entire process along the way, and they all work hard to make the whole process as fast and easy as possible. Matt Erickson, the branch manager has a wonderful and warm personality and takes the time to talk to and know you as a client, as well as being extremely knowledgeable in the mortgage and loan business. Whitney Broomfield was our loan officer and I can’t say enough great things about her! She also had a very warm personality and was very helpful with the whole digital loan application, as we’re not very tech savvy people. Whitney was always available and quick to answer any questions that we had through the whole loan process from beginning to closing day. I would highly recommend American Pacific Mortgage to anyone looking for a a mortgage company weather you have perfect personal conditions or even some not so perfect situations. Matt Erickson and his team are awesome at finding a solution! Especially with excellent Loan Officers like Whitney Broomfield!

  Words can not describe how very great full we are for Matt, Lacie, Tiffany and the rest of Matt's team! Starting off this first time home buying was completely ruff and rockey to say the lease, but matt and lacie where very dedicated and believe in the process hole heartedly. They picked us up off the ground where we were left with no question asked. They treat this process very seriously and go above and beyond for there clients. They are very dedicated. I highly recommend APM for first time home buyers and make sure you have matt as your loan offer.

  If I could give more stars, I would. Adem and the entire team at APM are the best! They keep in constant communication answer questions at any time (to where you can understand) and are available at anytime. We closed, with a VA loan in under 30 days and from the time we submitted our application to close in under 30 days! I can’t say enough about this company and especially Adem Aydoner! Thanks APM and especially Adem!

  Emily is hands down the best !!! She walked me thru everything step by step even a few steps multiple times . Was ALWAYS available to talk or text with me . We closed on our home lastnight and because of Emily's attention to detail and dedication it was a fantastic experience !! Thank you Emily ❤

  To be clear, APMC was fine. In fact, the managing broker did make it right by waving fees. This review is specifically for Jeffrey Tucker. Jeff is. A nice enough guy. He was very on the ball to start. He had products for every situation and seemed to have the answers. But then he waited. And waited. He missed a rate lock and allowed rates to climb almost a full 0.5% before locking even though I told him to lock at the initial rate. Then when gathering info, he would request 1-2 things at a time, claiming Quicken mortgage was doing it that way. It’s pretty standard to know what documents will be required for a jumbo based on the cost. So almost 2 months go by and he says quicken won’t approve any of his appraisers (what?) so he wanted to bring the loan in house. Fine, except closing was in 16 days. And he knew we needed a remote closing. So he hustles and gets it done. But can’t accommodate the remote closing. So my wife has to cancel her clinic and drive 2 hours to close on time. His lack of communication up front is what led to this. Things happen, but when confronted, he failed to take ownership. That’s what really frustrates me. The managing broker made it right, which is the reason this is a 2 star review, not 1. I expect professionalism at all steps, and I did not receive that from Jeff. It was very disappointing.

  AP Mortgage and Jeff Tucker was recommended to me by Realtor. As soon as I called him within minutes he started the process even though it was dinner time on a Friday evening. It was totally painless and very quick. I would highly recommend Jeff for anyone looking for their home purchase/financing needs and will call him in the future if needed.

  Jeff Tucker was great to work with and really went above and beyond for my family! There was a slight scare where we may not have been able to close on time but Jeff and the American Pacific team really pulled together and went the extra mile to make sure the closing happened on time and without any problems. I would definitely recommend!
