  I love this bank they are very ready to help you as soon as you walk in. They all try to satisfy there custombabers before they leave,,but personal i love the people that works at the bank. They are fantastic thank you guys I appreciate all the help that you have given that you're great people and a great Bank

  So far the most professional bank staff I've seen were here at HomeTown Bank, 3521 Franklin Rd SW. Very professional and extremely respectful. I received every bit of information i needed down to a T.... they went above and beyond to help with everything I needed. Most likely going with this bank for my future needs...

  Awful bank. Make sure you check the fee structure before you get an account. They are close to double freedom first. I had Regions out of TN for my last bank and if your account didn't have money they simply declined the transaction. No fee at all. With this bank I switched jobs and my money was temporarily sent to a visa check card with the company until I can get direct deposit. I took the card to the bank and they told me "You will have to go to the ATMs around town and take out money then bring it here in cash!" she refered me to wells because their ATM limit is $800 instead of $400. So I went to the atm got money put it in my account and ot didn't cover my auto withdrawls by a couple of dollars. I went back and put $100 in the account to cover the bill that couldn't go through and my insurance the next week. The next day my account was -$64. I called back today just a few days later and it is -$163... They said when a company attempts to draft money everytime is $34. For what they don't even pay it out!!!!! Never had ridiculous fees with my last bank, but they are only in Tennessee. Hell, it would cost me less than $163 to drive down there everytime. Going to close account this week!
