      Poor security. Lets you register an email address without verification, and immediately starts sending a ton of private/sensitive information. I don't use this bank, but have enough details to take over this poor person's account. I had called customer service, and asked them to remove my email address... however received yet another email with sensitive information this morning!

      Convenience is important, especially without additional fees. Needing more ATMs around Roanoke. The ATM at Tower's shopping is sometimes down and have to utilize another ATM in which I'm charged an additional fee as such. I have been with Freedom First for a while now and enjoy their services and friendly staff.
