      Nice people, clean as it should be. But if you are thinking of purchasing a home I would think twice... They are about $3k more on their closing cost then other major banks. Make sure you get or write down an list of the cost. it will shock you.

      The building is clean and tellers well dressed. Customer service stops there. I do not have an account with this bank, and now I never will. I recently moved my family just outside of Crandall, and my children go to Crandall schools. I had been debating opening an account with this bank, because it is the only bank in town. I would be convenient to bank at this location. My wife was having a garage sale and accepted a $100 bill, which depleted our change. I brought the $100 Bill to the bank, and was immediately turned away by the teller. She did not, attempt to gain my business, or offer any assistance. She asked if I had an account, and denied my transaction. I would expect that she would have offered to open an account, but she did not.

      These people are straight up hateful. Always have an attitude when we come in and not to mention, their banking systems are way outdated. If you can help it, bank somewhere else.
