The teller was snotty when i wanted to turn in a cup of coins. I had a cup of 16 dollars and added 5 dollars in dimes. They gave us 10 dollars and got offended when i asked for a reciept. Never going back and dont suggest anyone else to. For a bank, their math was worse than illiterate dumpster fires.

Did not send me my new debit card and now mine is expired. I called 4 times to REMIND them, still no card on April 3rd. I was told, they are mailed out in batches, they had IT issues, then they said must have been lost in the mail... So now they have to put a stop on that one, and re order another! I will be moving my accounts as soon as possible to another institution.
