  Most employees of this branch are quite rude, argumentative, and incompetent. Wendy is the only one i enjoy dealing with. I was told that they had mailed out new debit cards to their customers. I did not get one. I later came to find out that they did not change my mailing address to where I live now. They fought me on this issue and said they would mail a new card. Explain to me how I can receive my bank statements at my current address, but when I asked about my new card, I didn't change my address. I will be changing banks as soon as possible!

  Quite literally the worst banking experience I have had in my adult life. I have belonged to 6 different banking organizations and none of them have been as terrible as the great western bank in Missouri valley Iowa. I don't know if the employees know which way is up. Inquired about multiple things regarding my bank account and no one could give me the correct answer. Time and time again I would just call the 800 number because I didnt want to deal with the employees of this branch. Oh and you also cant transfer your own money to another bank...unless you want to wait 14 business days. Sincerely consider another bank.

  Worse place to bank in the world, they charged me 14 a day for my 30 over draft fee and did not tell me for 2 weeks, refused to let my credit card payment go through and ruined my score. Horrible horrible place, dont ever bank there if you have an active account!!!

  Would rate them 0 if I could so rude never willing to help any customers not even willing to stay open 1 minute late. Anytime you ask them a question they are rude and don’t know the answers and work their way around helping!

  Wonderful customer service! They are always there when I need them! So thankful for the MV location!

  They know nothing compared to other branches of their bank. Very argumentative and disrespectful to their customers.
