      Rates were decent but when I tried to pay my auto loan early they restrict how your allowed to pay. Never had this issue with any other bank auto loan I've ever had. I will not ever take another loan with this bank.

      Unwilling to work with customers who have fallen into financial hardship. They would rather harass you and repossess your vehicle when you have tried to make sufficient arrangements. CAUTION: no sympathy or willingness to understand anything but the money they are obsessed with. Posting for a family member. I was affected negatively because of ANB’s shady practice of falsifying employment data on a record to force full payment of loan or sale of vehicle. Never will set foot in here again and I suggest you do the same.

      I've spent about 5 hours now trying to pay my loan off early keep getting the run around .what a joke. Avoid this bank .

      Very personal and courteous service. The staff know my name and always greet me with a smile. My requests and needs are always met promptly. Very happy I chose American Nat'l Bank!

      Every time I call with a concern or a question the representative has an attitude. It’s been every time for the past year, so I have decided to close my account because of this. Get new representatives who have actual customer service on the phones.

      Usually great. But, today their internet was down and I wasn't able to do anything!! Couldn't even get account balance!!!

      Just seem to have problems every week with this bank and accessing my accounts and account information, cant ever understand the rude customer service people that cant speak english to fix the issues either.
