  Carlos was AMAZING to work with!!! After 4 different mortgage brokers couldn’t get me pre-approved, he was the one who saved my husband and I and we were able to purchase our home before 2021. He has over 20 years of experience and it definitely SHOWS. As a first time home buyer, I didn’t know what to expect. He made the transaction easy and delivered on all his promises. He genuinely cares about his clients and that makes all the difference.

  We presented Carlos with a very challenging loan application. Carlos assured us everything will work out well and we will end up in our home. Although some obstacles presented themselves during the process, at no fault of American Mortgage, we stayed the course and Carlos worked tediously to bring us to closing.   If I could give 10 stars I would Juan Dilone and his team gave me hope when others sold me dreams which ended in disappointment. Juan followed up and kept it honest from day one and when I closed on 8/16/18 a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders thank you Juan for everything.
