  I have been looking for a dump trailer for some time. I liked the 7-gauge flooring of the Iron Bull trailer. I looked in a 250-mile radius. I used Tempest Search to find the trailer on Craigslist. I found “Trailer Super Store” and emailed them on their trailers. Just about everything was done via email which worked very well for me. Maria answered all my questions I had and the full price. She worked with me so I could find the time to be able to drive over 200 miles to get the trailer. She had the trailer brought over from their other store for me. The paperwork was very fast. I missed Maria’s email asking for my driver’s license to start the paperwork. I walked around and checked out their other trailers while one of the staff completed the paperwork. Two people stopped what they were doing and asked if I need any other help. The gentlemen that completed the paperwork walked me through the paperwork and walked me through how to get the manual and registration on the net. The staff walked me around the trailer and the operation of the trailer. The staff explained how to hook up the trailer and why it should be done that way just in case I did not know. Overall, excellent experience buying the trailer. Staff was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Well worth the drive to get the trailer. If I need another trailer, they will be the first place I look.

  Purchased a Utility trailer recently had a great experience. I ordered a trailer over the phone without actually seeing a one in person. Since they didn't have exactly what I was looking for in inventory, I was able to communicate what I needed over the phone and they ordered the trailer with my specs. Communication was great as I received updates from the sales staff (Camela and Maria) every 3-4 days. They always returned my phone calls and replied promptly to my emails. You can buy a trailer anywhere, but the service and communication was the difference for me. I had a lot of questions and I made a lot of phone calls and they were always pleasent and cooperative. When I picked up the trailer, the gentleman onsite walked me through every aspect of the trailer, answered my questions and was very patient with me. Unfortuanetly I don't remember his name but he completed a great experience. Would buy from them again.

  It was a long drive and really worth the trip. We purchased a CM 3 horse aluminum trailer at a great price. The folks here are courteous,authentic and very friendly. Financing was seamless. Overall our entire experience was painless! Highly recommend to anyone looking for good trailers at a great price.

  Had an outstanding experience. They went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed with no hassle. And like a good business should, they verified the road worthiness on the spot. Lugs, lights and tire pressure. Pricing was a huge plus as well. Best deal I found on new trailers within 1500 miles. I'll definitely use them in the future and recommend them.

  We drove all the way from Yuma, Az. The price of the dump trailer was amazing! The customer service was fantastic. Niger, Maria, Carmela are amazing at making sure we were completely satisfied before we left. We had a 6 hour drive home. We will make the drive again and again to purchase from them.   Made a 9 hour round trip today to pick up a 20’ car hauler. Cheapest price I could find and their customer service was great! I’ll definitely be back for my next trailer.

  We drove 500 miles (round trip) to buy a 20 ft box trailer from Ayub last weekend and we are extremely pleased with the purchase. The trailer is exactly what we wanted. Everyone at American Loan Masters was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, and the price was the best we found anywhere. Very highly recommended!
