  Great experience! My grandmother and I went in to have her mothers diamond ring resized for me. Her mother gave it to her when she was 18. My grandmother is now 75 & has worn it everyday up until today where she gave it to me for my 21st birthday. She was hoping she would have a granddaughter one day (out popped me) to pass it down to. The ring is super special and she wouldn’t trust many with it. American Gold & Loan did an amazing job re-sizing the ring for me and overall gave my grandmother and I a special moment we won’t forget! They even cleaned everything super nice & made sure we were happy before leaving. I probably will not go anywhere else for sentimental items other than here from now on!

  First went to 2 other pawn shops to sell my gold and silver and thought that the offers were really low. I then went to this store and he offered me more than double and payed cash on the spot. Great customer service. Will for sure be back
