T B1Had to wait 25 minutes for a customer service representative. It was rather urgent as I was out of town and it was about to be a holiday weekend. I just opened an acct and I'm not impressed with the amount of time I had to sit on hold. It was frustrating and I couldn't reach the maumelle branch independently. Had to go through the 877 number.

Sam Irvin3I hate not have deposit slips or a way to securely input my account number(s). Then they have to ask which account to put the deposit in. The system is terrible. Time to start looking for an newer bank that values my account information.

N3GL3CTFOUNDER1This Arvest has turned into a disaster. Soooooo slow in the drive thru. I just turn my car off because I know it will take 15 to 20 minutes even though there are currently 2 vehicles in line. So sad to see this one go down with all the rest.

MY GOOGLE ACCOUNT3I feel that a bank shouldn’t promote, “no overdraft fee”... More times than not, that accounts monthly average balance, will remain overdrawn, for the majority, within any specific time period- So,at some point, it ALL seems pointless, and that account will be closed, and the process of collecting that debt, will begin!!!
