  As first time homebuyers there is a lot to navigate and Shannon at A.H.L. was always happy to answer our questions. She was always prompt in replying to my emails and returning my phone calls.   Filled out the online information sheet to try to open a line of communication. I received no response. Two weeks later I go in to the office at 4:15 on a Friday and I'm told I will have to come back next week because they close at 5. Went to Umpqua bank in Roseburg at 4:45 and were greeted and treated with great respect. We are now on our way to our next investment property but DEFINITELY NOT with American Home Lending.
