  I opened my member account in Norristown. I was serviced by Mr. Michael Sloboda and it was a wonderful experience. Michael was helpful, patient, understanding and kind. We were able to open my member account expeditiously and without any issues. I could tell Michael loved his job and that he has been a long time employee. I am looking forward to a long relationship with American Heritage.

  I liked my teller, I think her name was Patricia 🤔. My transaction yesterday was a little more complicated than normal and she seem to understand what I wanted better than I did. Her knowing what I wanted put me at ease. I was very grateful to have such a kind hearted and intuitive person as my Teller.

  I love the family atmosphere and the willingness of the staff to please. I miss those who I have known for over 30 years who have retired or moved to higher deserving positions. Please pass on my congratulations to Kevin in The Lansdale branch. I miss him most of all. Mike was wonderful and I will adopt him, he is so incredibly sweet. He will do well in Perkasie. Thank you for allowing me to say what a great team you have in Perkasie. We survived the floods of Hurricane Ida and they are up and running with compassion for what we all experienced.
