  I would highly recommend Amber; she is in the right profession. She is by far the most knowledgeable loan officer I have ever worked with. While my husband and I were going through the process of purchasing our home; our lender at the time was not communicating with us which made the process even more stressful. Amber jumped right in and was extremely helpful and her communications were seamless. Amber immediately took that stress off of us and kept us posted throughout the process. Amber is unbelievable!   We met Amber after having issues with our original lender. At first my only contact was verbally and electronically. She was always professional and responsive. Anytime we had a question she had the answer. She took the time to explain every step of the process to us which resulted in a sense of security and made us comfortable with a process that is usually very stressful. The day of settlement I finally had the pleasure of meeting Amber and was pleasantly surprised. She was even more courteous in person than on the phone and immediately made us confident in the process. I have purchased 3 homes in the past and never was I able to sit at the settlement table and know that someone had my back. I was even joking and laughing at times because of the comfort level in the room.   I have now done multiple deals with Amber for both new mortgages as well as refinances and I will never use anybody else ever again. She is BY FAR the greatest at what she does. She is very responsive, very professional and ALWAYS has her client's best interest in mind. She works hard to provide the best service for her clients and it shows in the results. I would (and have) recommend her to everybody I know. You will never find someone who will work harder for you than Amber.

  I have never met Amber Simione of Motto Mortgage Services, however we successfully performed all of our financial transactions thru email, and she proved to be a delightfully pleasant, knowledgeable, and effectively communicative loan officer. She knows the business well, and helped me and my daughter get thru a somewhat complex refinance ordeal in an expeditious way. We are grateful for her quick turn-around on our financial issues.
