      Not impressed. Went in to count my change. The teller was a nice man but Carol who he was asking for assistance was short and not nice. Kept repeating that I needed a social security card. Then said any form of government ID is acceptable. Then no one knew how to do a non member change count. Stood there for a while why they called for assistance. Don’t waste your time, go to Acme coin counter

      I have been a member for very long, suggested a friend go use their coin machine. Poor management skills at this new location which is very disappointing to hear. I haven't even been to this location yet, which is actually convenient for me, but will not be coming to this location if that is how they treat people. Very disappointed.
