  I've had my vehicle loans with Citadel for over 10 years. They were very quick to approve and make the funds available. Today I went in to do some account changes and they were so friendly and helpful! Mr. DeJesus and his trainee were awesome. Thank you!

  I been banking with citadel fcu for 22 years I just moved to PHILADELPHIA PA and Joe at citadel in Warminster PA went above and beyond the call of duty. As a man as a veteran he really takes care of all customers no matter what but he helped me open a business account he was very professional and beyond courteous.He also listened to all my questions and answered them open and honestly. He also helped me with another situation... I advise all my friends and customers to ask for Joe .tell him johnny sent you

  Tried to cash a check here today. I was told that I need to give them my social security number to cash a check. It looks like that policy might violation federal banking laws. I asked numerous times to see the policy and Chuck told me that they don't have any written policies. I was told by Chuck that they don't need to follow banking laws because they are a credit union. Chuck also stated that the purpose of asking for the social security number "is to see if you owe Citadel money". I gave them two forms of identification. They refused cashing a valid check. This place is crazy. Im not giving some guy sitting in front of a computer my social security number. Beware of this place!

  Recently took out a auto loan and it was by far the best experience I ever had with any bank I ever used before !!! Alfonso is one of a kind . Above and beyond his job duties . Definitely a 5 star organization.

  I had an employee curse at me. I called back to file a complaint and they would not allow me to. How does any company allow for this to happen??? For those who wonder how I approached the conversation in which I was cursed at; I was pleasant and just asked a question on how to make a payment. He then spoke back to me taunting me and made fun of me because he "thought" I was not able to pay. I told him that is not very good customer service. He then proceeded to let loose.

  The ATM was out of order and they have NO respect for the late Senator John McCain. The flag was flown as full staff at a time it should have been at half staff. Very UNPATRIOTIC for Citadel to do that! I guess the bank hates America. Hope they go out of business.

  I cancelled my account with Citadel. I kept receiving emails meant for someone else. This lead me to feel that maybe my personal data may be going to others.

  Strange bank. No tellers. You have to use computer monitors. There are people with office cubicles if you need to sit and talk but often understaffed. Usually very friendly, though.

  Transferred a car loan to them, were very easy and pleasant to deal with as always.
