  Banking can be an anxiety provoking experience however that was not my experience at your Hunting Park Branch. Ms. Aliya Tucker took her time to explain everything to me and put my mind at ease. My experience yesterday only served to confirm for me that I made the right choice in selecting American Heritage as my banking institution. I’ve been with your credit union for almost 30 years and I’ve always felt that I was in good hands. Thank you.

  Ms Aliya Tucker, gave the best customer service ever. She did an excellent job at asking and answering questions. I even filled out for a credit card and is interested in a home loan, all because of her great service. This is my first time enjoying coming to America Heritage.

  I visited the AHCU Hunting Park Branch and the branch advisor Ms S. Muhammad was very pleasant. Ms Muhammad helpful with my accounts and assisting with a loan application. She was friendly, patient and informative. This made a nervous experience more comfortable and the process go smoother. I appreciated her assistance and it was a pleasure to meet her. Thanks

  American heritage Huntington park branch is the best customer service branch in Philly. Ive gotten a lot of things done because of the understanding of the employees and my situations to be able to get solved. Highly recommended!!

  The customer service here is horrible. They only have teller phones at this location and they take 20 mins to acknowledge you. Worst location!

  ZERO Stars for this place if they would let me leave zero! I am a member of another excellent credit union. I USE to belong to Viriva before they made the mistake of joining this hot mess. Just try to call! Never have I ever had the same horrible experience repeatedly as I have here! YOU WILL be GAURANTEED to wait for a MINIMUM of 48, 56, or 68 people "IN FRONT OF YOU" EACH and EVERY time you try to call. Do your best to try to bank on line - the account numbers don't work! I have been with credit unions since 1989- YES, That is right, 1989. What a horrible example and a black mark on the word Credit Union. Bank elsewhere and save yourself the incredible impersonal, disorganized and distant experience. I went in to the bank once when the transfer happened, now weeks later and multiple nightmares later, I am returning to withdraw EVERYTHING and put it in to the credit union that cares about its people, has excellent service AND does not make you wait on the phone for half a day to talk to a teller! ARDENT in case you are wondering..... they rock. American Heritage SUCKS!

  Terrible experience. I’ve been a member for about 5 years. I literally ran out of town for a funeral and totally made a human mistake and forgot to add money to my account for “auto pay” Louise was very inconsiderate. She literally told me “well it’s your responsibility” as if she’s never forgotten anything in life. Continued to be very condescending the entire conversation & jaded to her position. 0/10 stars. Do not recommend. At a time like this in the world, the least that could be provided respect and understanding. I left the branch immediately contacted the service center and got the same issue resolved within minutes, I’m sorry I ever even went into the branch.
