  The customer service is excellent at this branch! I had to go in to get paperwork notarized for my car insurance. Stacy-Ann helped me out and went above and beyond! First, she listened to my story then offered and processed a pre-approval on another car loan. Then, I had to reach out to her the next day for more notary service. She was so kind, printed the paperwork for me, fixed the error the insurance company created, and gave me a FedEx envelope. I was floored! It might seem small but was so incredibly helpful. I have been a member for almost 20 years and have always been happy with the rates. And the staff at this branch are always so helpful and pleasant. Thank you, especially to Stacy-Ann!

  My husband and I love our American Heritage Federal Credit Union!! The staff are really terrific, very knowledgeable and always welcoming and ready to help us with any questions we have! Our good friend, Rob, is always dependable and helps us get our accounts set up and he has good advice for us. We are very lucky to be part of such a wonderful Credit Union!   I had a great experience in the King of Prussia branch in navigating my way through my recent Heloc loan application . Stacy-Ann Hobbs the branch assistant manager couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. She was knowledgeable and made the process seamless . I would recommend her highly !!!

  My experience with American Heritage wasn't good. I was denied refinancing of my vehicle, due to a few missed on-time payments to Discover. My ONLY question is.. If I am handling a car note of $355, why wouldn't I be able to handle a car note of $250?

  My fiance took me to the bank to interview and start a new account. The young lady was very pleasant and informative, and made sure I didn't leave until I understood everything. such as online banking, credit scores, transfers, even mobile banking. It was a pleasant experience.
