  Rediculous appointment policy. What is the point of having a safety deposit box , if I can't access it when I need to. Tried to make an appointment and was told in an entire 9hr day there was not one open time that I could access my box. They did how ever fit me in after calling concierge department and asking for help( young lady in that department who helps me is great)as well as the that entire department. Personal service at this local branch lacks.

  The rep that helped me was excellent! My account was compromised and she made me feel safe and secure. The rep was also able to set me up with a new account in a matter of minutes and get me on my way.
