  It was easier than anything I can remember. I stopped in the credit union, asked about the loan and approximately 45 minutes late I was approved 😃😃😃. It doesn't get any better than that!!!

  It was my 1st time opening an account. Everyone was kind, caring, very helpful and answered all my questions. It only took 10mins, which surprise me I really thought it was going take a couple hours. Lol! I will definitely be recommending American Heritage to everyone I know. Thanks again DJ!!!   The customer service wasn't great not even good.. The two girls and guy I seen working there talked badly about the customers. They were rude and ignorant.. I'll never go to that branch again smh

  This is the closest branch to my home and I enjoy it! I’m always greeted by the person working the front desk. When I need assistance from one of the bankers, they’re usually always available to help me with whatever I need. The staff overall is great. The only con now is that the outside ATM doesn’t allow you to deposit cash/checks anymore but I wonder if it’s only after hours due to possibly crime in the neighborhood. Other than that, I’ve been with this credit union for a couple of years and I don’t plan on leaving!

  Hands down the best bank I have ever been too! They have so many great benefits and benefits for your child as well! If I could give them 100000 stars I would! Walked out of there with a new account and a big smile on my face! I’ll definitely be recommending this bank to everyone I know !
