  I didn't want to do it at the first time I called John due to a bad experience I had with quickenloan previously, but with his good advice I gave it a try and it worked perfectly. The process was smooth and quick, less stressful. My refinancing loan closed so quickly than I expected. I will recommend him to anyone, whether a new buyer or refinancing.

  John worked quickly to help close my first home. We were ready before the attorney/town... everyone who is part of the closing was super impressed how fast we were ready with our loan documents. Be prepared John is a fast talker and has LOTS of information so sometimes things get confusing but he is patient and explains things for you.   My only bad experience was Aminah. She was very unexperienced, unprepared, and very rude. Tim, I would recommend his services to everyone. I could reach him anytime day or night.   This is the third house we've bought and have we refinanced a number of times with each house that we've owned so we've dealt with a lot of mortgage brokers over the years. Derek is not only incredibly knowledgeable and very personable he also was able to get us a great rate. Moving is always traumatic, but working with the people at the American Financial Network made that part of moving much easier.
