  Marlow exceeded our every expectation in helping us with our refinance. He was professional and efficient at guiding us through a complicated process. He also helped get the process closed in a very short period of time during a pandemic of all things! Marlow is truly a master of what he does and a wonderful person to boot!   Our experience with Marlow was fantastic! He was always on top of things and if you had any questions he told the time to sit down and explain them to you step by step. If there was ever anything that he wasn't sure of he would put you in contact with the expert in that particular area and would follow up with you to make sure your answers and concerns were addressed. If he needed something ASAP he had no problems meeting you at a time and place that fitted into your busy schedule. I was super impressed by the way this man conducted himself and how he told such pride in his appearance. As I actually got to know Marlow as the time went on beside knowing his stuff he actually has quite a personality and I think I had him laughing a couple of times through the process. I look forward to dealing with Marlow in the future and I have NO problems referring new clients his way. I learned a lot through this process and I am so happy I found someone with such integrity and knowledge of the business he runs!!

  Marlow hooper is unprofessional unreliable room all my information gave me all kinds of run around story saying all he can do and in the end received the but a negative score on my credit due to him pulling a credit report without my authorization..please go elsewhere this guys is a liar all he can do is make promises he can't back
