Even though you pay $450 annual fee for a American Express Platinum, if you are flying on stand-by you can’t access to the club. I normally give good reviews. But you need this ....Don’t believe AMEX when they say “Plan It” stops the interest on what you “Plan”. I have a screenshot proof it’s a bait and switch. Bait you with false promises and switch you to a higher monthly minimum. Other than that it does what it claims. I like Amex enough but this one lie hurts. Other than this flaw it’s my 2nd favorite card. Just don’t fall for the hype. It’ll increase your monthly payment with NO BENEFITS.
