  Gerard Dickson is phenomenal! I’ve been working with Gerard for over 6 years and he is one of my top preferred Sr Loan officers. He answers calls immediately, he texts back and if a email is the way to communicate he replies there too. Gerard keeps me and my Team up to date on market changes. He answers questions that I don’t think to ask and gives Buyers the best snapshot of how their loan or other products may work best for them to have a successful purchase experience. Before my clients begin the home search we are equipped with “the numbers” not just window shopping.   Gerard Dickson is an AWESOME Loan Officer! His attention to detail is great. He took the time to explain everything from A to Z in a very professional manner. He answered the phone after normal working hours which I found to be phenomenal!!! I felt like he did what was best for my family and I, and would recommend him every single time.   As a first-time homebuyer, this home buying experience (especially surrounding the mortgage process) can be daunting and extremely stressful. However, from the first introduction to the final closing, Gerard and his team truly provided a white-glove service. He made sure I understood every.single.step of the process and was there to answer all of my questions (even the ones i thought were "dumb" lol). He is extremely responsive and honest so his advice and guidance was always timely and in MY best interest. If i could give 10 stars i would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  Gerard is a really awesome person to work with and very knowledgeable of the financial aspect of the home buying process. I appreciated his direct communication style but he was also understanding of my needs throughout the process.
