  Horrible customer service experience. I have been a member for 5+ years and called with a simple question. The CST cut me off repeatedly and never asked what my real problem was. Absolutely awful experience.

  West Hartford is an amazing Branch. During the Corona virus PANDEMIC the staff came outside to help customers with all kinds of questions and banking needs. Their caring customer skills patience kindness blew me away. From the Branch Manager tellers customer service staff and any others I have missed. Thank you

  I’ve been a member for almost 8 years now. I live in Glastonbury and the only two banks I can use without an ATM fee. This bank and Nutmeg. Both are in town. The ATM at AEFCU in Glastonbury is out of service a lot lately. It’s very frustrating when the one bank I can use is down all the time. Please put an ATM inside that people can use after store hours. Like the ones at Bank of America. Even if it’s not in the first set of doors, put it outside on the wall. And my paychecks from my job don’t work in the ATM and it’s also frustrating. And please put other denominations of bills that we can withdrawal. $10’s would be awesome to be able to cashout with from the ATM.

  Always a good experience. The new East Hartford location is impressive. Nice that most branches have the free change machines for members.

  20+ year customer. Mobil app has been good. Services have been reasonably good. Telephone customer service has gotten bad. Simple questions are hard answer over phone. Complicated phone menus and long waits to speak to a human being. Frustrating.

  Problem with Google Maps GPS app has been solved. But it is still easy to miss and drive past it. The new building, while very nice, has a understated design that just doesn't grab drivers attention. The entrance to the parking lot ATM machines are also difficult to see because there are two houses between the credit union and the parking lot entrance (weird). I think they need a signage that yells out I am here!

  Awful Mobile App. Limited Options. Slow Money Transfers from other banks. Annoying Automated Phone System and much more... Additional Issues: I had no choice to open a savings account when I didn't want to. Their employees do not listen or do not follow through with directions when it comes to payments on accounts/loans. No option to pay loans when ready, has to be automated. mobile app not printer friendly. Paying Bills is separate from simply going to your accounts to pay bills. The only positive note i can give is that i was approved a loan up to 8k with low credit.

  Worst branch I’ve dealt with so far. I ordered a new card so I won’t have to switch all my accounts around, waited 45 minutes in line to be rudely told I was 2 days early. I give them a whole week and call to make sure the card arrived before I take time from work to go get it, again another 25 minutes to get someone on the phone so they can tell me it was picked up at Bloomfield location (NOT BY ME) 45 minutes on the phone later the rep tells me there’s nothing he can do as I write this I’ve yet to receive a call from the branch manager. I spent about 3-4 hours of my life to then be told I need to get a new card and change all my accounts linked to my current one because they may have given the wrong person my card even though they require I.D to release them...

  My refinance was handled efficiently, and the communication was excellent. I always knew in advance what would be needed, and by when. There were no surprises or unexpected events or fees. I have used American Eagle FCU as my bank for many years and have enjoyed the relationship.

  Great place to do your banking. More personal than the larger banks. You are not just a faceless number to them and they will try very hard to help you. The staff is awesome. They did all they could to assist me and give me personal attention. Very grateful for this credit union and it's staff.
