      Great customer service. The teller was very helpful and got be set up with my auto pay. Everyone who came in said hello to her and she knew all of their names. Felt like a very friendly small town vibe. I don't usually go into the bank, most things can be done online. Took me a while to actually physically get there but I'm glad I was able to experience that. Makes me feel much more comfortable as a customer.

      Very good bank, but southington location atm is constantly down. Have to use the one in Plainville.
