  I went to several other places around 5:15-5:30pm and was turned away by every one because it was to late for them to do their job but I went to American Cash Advance around 5:40pm and Ms. Donna assured me that she would do what needs to be done to help me and would stay late if need be to get what I needed done. And not to mention her attitude the whole time was A1 because not 1 time did I feel like she wanted me to leave and as a matter of fact she made me feel like I was at her own home for dinner honestly. I can write an entire book on the hospitality that Ms. Donna showed me. I don't know what this sweet lady makes but from my experience she deserves a raise and a promotion 100%. Oh and for anybody reading this review Mississippi Title Loan is trash so I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy.

  You will not find a better business! American has always went above and beyond, they have easy terms and very professional. Ms. Donna or Ms Contessa will take care of you!   I frequented this place for over 3 years, paying them around $160 every month in interest in $400. !!! I never complained as it was my choice though. They always seem so nice when they are convincing you to take out another hundred (even though you said already you didn't want to), but the true colors come out in hard times. Last month, for the Very FIRST time in over 3 years, I couldn't come pay my loan off on time because we were dealing with some very serious personal family health problems. And that particular day I was at the hospital with my little girl, so trying to be considerate, I messaged them asking them to just go cash the $200 check since I just got paid that day-- even though it was going to put me in a bad financial spot I was trying to do the right thing. They chose not to do this though, and instead started harassing me and all of my references daily leaving rude, unprofessional, borderline threatening messages to my friends and family. When I tried taking him to them about what I was dealing with they seemed put out like I was such an inconvenience that my mom is on her deathbed and my daughter was having seizures five or six times a day and I was so stressed I couldn't function! All they cared about is money money money money money!!! I would not recommend this service to anyone needing a cash adVance if you need to pay they don't go right across the street to the other place where they treat you like a human being .
